• Any TLD or Ring not returned after 60 days will be assessed a non-refundable $15 Non-Returned (Lost) Badge fee.
  
  
• If a badge is returned and is damaged you will be charged $15 per badge.
  
  
• All listed rates are annual per badge rates, and include one free control badge per account. If extra control badges are required, all extra control badges in excess of one control badge will be charged at the appropriate pricing tier.  The new price tier is determined by summing all personnel badges and all the extra control badges.
  
  
• Emergency processing of badges for reporting is available upon request. The associated costs per occurrence are:
  
  

  • 24 hours: $100 + $12 per badge
  • 48 hours: $75 + $12 per badge
  • 72 hours: $50 + $12 per badge

  
  You must call us before sending the badges to best determine your needs, and for the necessary instructions.
  
  
• Listed rates include free shipping to your facility using the United States Postal Service, or an express carrier depending on your badge quantities at our discretion. New Badges ordered and requiring no expiditing carry no additional charges.
  
  
  
• If you require expedited manufacturing/shipping the rates are as follows per shipment:
  
  

  • One Business Day Delivery: $75 (receive next day*)
  • Two Business Days Delivery: $25 (receive in two days)
